I highly recommend Sargeant Service Center for your automotive needs! I have a 2012 Hyundai and after my first oil change with them, I brought it back for an alignment problem. They made my vehicle ride like new again! I Ave been very satisfied with their professionalism, courtesy car, and availability to fit me in. I will continue to use them for all my vehicle needs.

My truck's air conditioning went out suddenly, Both OEM dealers in the area told me it would be around a month before they could get to me. I contacted Sargeant's, having never been there before, and was very pleased at the professional service, the ability to get me in quickly, and the professionalism they showed in fixing my problem within a few hours. Their shuttle service is superb, also.

Scheduled an appointment to have tires rotated, new interior filter, and brake pads checked. They were waiting for me as I arrived. The work was completed professionally and timely. Staff were very gracious and caring. Since I just moved here from Texas it was great to find a respectable and honest service center. I will be utilizing there service for my car in the future. I live in Jacksonville Beach and take my 2001 Mercedes for any maintenance and repair to Kevin Sargent because I know I can trust and depend on getting the best service and fair price. I have been using Sargent's for about three years now and always trust whatever they do or recommend is absolutely professionally necessary. They definitely go out of their way to make me happy (which they have done many times keeping in mind the age of my car)! In my opinion, Kevin Sargent and all his mechanics are the VERY BEST in the area.....maybe even in ALL of Florida!!! P.S. They are also the friendliest bunch of people I have had the pleasure of meeting!!

I have been going to these guys since I moved to St. Augustine in 1989, and this is the ONLY place I get my vehicle serviced. They are not the cheapest, but they are honest, dependable, and trustworthy, and ALWAYS get it fixed correctly the first time. Never a bad or questionable experience!

This is a true auto repair shop. The way it should be. The moment I walked in I knew I was in the right place (I know, cliche). But I was. They fixed my truck, kept me informed all the way, were very polite and I never once worried about getting bad service or a wrong diagnosis. Some people you just trust right off. These are the ones. Fun to look at the old cars too.
