I know a little about cars and I know a lot about paying to keep them in the road. I also know about automotive service and the three things that are important: Honesty, friendliness and timing. I found Sargeant Service Center to have it all.

I was driving from Florida to California in my 2016 car and I wanted an oil change. I called and made an appointment. The woman on the phone was FRIENDLY. We scheduled a day and time, because I had to wait for it since I'm on a trip. She quoted me a price for the oil change and it was reasonable. I got there on TIME and they were ready for me. The tech took my car and changed the oil while he checked it over. When it was done, the service writer told me that things looked good and I didn't need the air filter changed, the brakes were ok, etc. That was HONEST, no pushy upsell. I'm not in town regularly to go here, but if you are reading this, then you are and need to take your car to the shop. I recommend this place. Took in an older Jeep requesting they diagnose any mechanical problems. After thorough diagnostics, Jeep was serviced within the quoted timeframe. Pleasant to deal with and told by locals, they are very reliable and reputable. Have shuttle service and recommended an auto body shop. I never write reviews but I feel compelled to share what great service we received at Sargeant's. We had previously used another shop and it was like day and night. They kept in constant touch with us and did not try to force unnecessary repairs on us. I can't imagine taking our cars anywhere else. It's hard to find good customer service anywhere but they exceeded our expectations all the way around.

It can be hard to find a place you can trust with your classics but Sargeant Service Center was amazing. I had a lot of miscellaneous issues with my 65 Wagon and they fixed them all. Went above and beyond, the car I got back was a much more reliable, didn't leak and ran like a top.

They kept me informed at all time with my charges and any additional problems they found. Considering the work I had done I got the car back very very quickly.
