I was driving home to Florida after visiting friends in NJ when my transmission cooling line in my 2007 Chevy Trailblazer burst. My immediate thought was having to spend several days in St. Augustine to have my car repaired. Several locals recommended Sargeant Service Center a few miles away. After having my car dropped off, I was greeted by Kevin, one of the managers, who quickly diagnosed my issue, quoted me a fair price, ordered the necessary parts and got me back on the road in a few hours. In fact, the technician worked after closing to ensure I would make it home the same day. I was even offered a ride to go out and grab some lunch while I waited. We had an issue on our drive down to St. Augustine and had to have the car looked at. Since it was a transmission warning light we decided to take it to a place that did auto repairs including transmissions. Sargeant's seem to be the closest and best rated on Yelp. We took it in on a Monday, but our online appointment was not until Tuesday. We told them we would like to leave town on Friday. After diagnosis of the issue, we found out the part would take 2 business days to get here but luckily they had it sent next day. The car was ready on Thursday at the price they quoted me and seems to be running good. Leaving in the morning. Thank you Kevin and company for getting it down on time.
