Amazing!! By God's divine intervention we found this place. We're traveling from Tampa when our van started hesitating really badly. We called and even though they were closing soon they took the time to check it out and assure us that it was nothing major and even topped off our brake fluid which was low and they did it for free! I was travelling from south Fl to Buffalo, NY in June when my car stopped on 1-95. AAA towed me to this facility and it was the best thing that could have happened to me. They are a first class, family operated business. They had diagnosed, ordered and gotten the parts and repaired my car in a little over 3 hourse. They gave me a ride to get lunch and picked me back up. During this time I was being kept aware of all that was being done and the costs I guarantee if I lived in this area, this is where i would go. -Linds M

Fantastic shop with great people. I was in there February 18th and the shop was clean - friendly - inviting. They don't even use chairs in there....they have those big Yoga balls all they are always jumping up to take care of customers. I have never seen anything like it and was impressed. Had a transmission swapped out on a vintage Corvette. Some ignition work done too. Next day - while the car shifted very well - as it should - the engine was running horribly rough - with misfires and backfires. Brought it back to Sargeant's, and a borderline ignition part that should have been replaced along with the other ignition work was not replaced at the same time. Talked to Mike and he knew my concerns - no hesitation on his part - took the car right in - and at the end of the day the problem had been corrected and the car returned to me. I contacted Sargeant Service Center and within an hour this family owned and professional business had evaluated the problem and put me in a great rental car at a very fair price. Kevin made me feel welcome from the first moment I brought in my car until I picked the car up less than 24 hours later. He put in extra effort to make sure all my needs were met and on time. Highly recommended!
