Fantastic shop with great people. I was in there February 18th and the shop was clean - friendly - inviting. They don't even use chairs in there....they have those big Yoga balls all they are always jumping up to take care of customers. I have never seen anything like it and was impressed. Had a transmission swapped out on a vintage Corvette. Some ignition work done too. Next day - while the car shifted very well - as it should - the engine was running horribly rough - with misfires and backfires. Brought it back to Sargeant's, and a borderline ignition part that should have been replaced along with the other ignition work was not replaced at the same time. Talked to Mike and he knew my concerns - no hesitation on his part - took the car right in - and at the end of the day the problem had been corrected and the car returned to me. My car broke down suddenly in the middle of a busy day. I contacted Sargeant Service Center and within an hour this family owned and professional business had evaluated the problem and put me in a great rental car at a very fair price. Kevin made me feel welcome from the first moment I brought in my car until I picked the car up less than 24 hours later. He put in extra effort to make sure all my needs were met and on time. Highly recommended!

I'm very impressed with their work at Sargeant Service Center.   Laura did an excellent job keeping me informed of the progress.  I found Sargeant Servce Center online and found they are AAA approved   I called and talked with Laura and told her the problem and she said they will need to look at the car  first but could obtain a used steering column and install it for around $550.  This was after I visited another shop who told me it would cost around $1,800 but that they did not have the part and was not sure when they could have the part. Sargeant Service Center repaired it for a total of $546.60 This was covered by a one year warranty.  Sargeant Service Center is great and they have a customer for life.  If you need mechanical work in St Augustine area I recommend you contact them.
