What does “remanufactured” mean, and is it something you want? At Sargeant Service Center in St Augustine, FL, we strive for great service and a job well done. Part of that is equipping you with the knowledge you need to understand what’s going on when a repair is necessary on your car, truck or SUV. “Remanufactured” is a word that you’ll encounter in the automotive world. Many people perceive that to mean “used”, but that isn’t the case - here’s what you need to know.
At Sargeant Service Center we know how important tire maintenance is. Like the shoes on our feet, the tires and wheels on our cars protect us from direct contact with the ground. And like those shoes, we wear day in and day out, tires and wheels can rub, wear unevenly, and eventually fail to do their jobs.
Antifreeze is a fluid that’s just as important as oil to the engine in your car, truck, or SUV. You probably already know it’s essential to keeping your engine cool - but it’s important for more than one reason, and does require maintenance besides keeping it full. From Sargeant Service Center in St Augustine, FL, here’s what you need to know about antifreeze.

At Sargeant Service Center in St Augustine, we understand how important it is to have ice cold AC in your truck on a long, hot day. Whether you drive a Chevy, Ford, or Dodge diesel pickup, chances are you have a lot of cab to cool down, and a subpar AC just won’t cut it.

Fair, honest service center. Mike and Adam have been very good about telling me what needs to be done and advising me whether or not something is necessary or can wait. The rest of the team has always been very polite with me. They just did a complete brake line replacement job on my 2002 Dodge Ram and the price was about what I expected. I even asked Mike once if he had charged enough because the bill seemed low for the time they spent on it. I do make it a point to stop in and ask about three progress rather than wait on a phone call as I live close by.
