Laura told me they could get me in first thing the next morning, which they did (they got me in about 15mins before opening!). Laura kept me up-to-date the entire time my car was being worked on from the time my car arrived to the technician's updates. Not knowing much about cars, I appreciated Laura explaining what the issue was in latent terms and discussing the part I needed. After less than 2 hours, my car was ready to be picked up.
