I was driving on the expressway and I heard a weird flapping noise on the right side of the car I got very worried and prayed it wasn’t anything serious and I would be able to get into my mechanic at Sergeants on US one south. I even called pulled up Kevin was right there he got in the car we heard the noise he pulled it right up on the lift and boom it wasn’t anything serious. I was super relieved and thankful and appreciative to him and Sargents they’re always fantastic!!!

My 2007 Pontiac Solstice needed two front tires & an oil change. I am new to the St Augustine area, & after checking out reviews decided on Sargeants Auto center. To say I was not disappointed would be an understatement. Laura (I think that was her name), was patient & very pleasant, understanding that I wanted tires, that was not going to break my bank, she was never pushy or set on making me feel like I was being pressured into tires I couldn't afford. They offer a shuttle service (which definitely came in handy as my repairs took about 2 1/2 hours). The shuttle driver Charlie, was sweet, entertaining, & flat out refused a tip!! One of my lug nuts was stripped (which I informed them of upon arrival), & there was a bit of an issue with that, but they took the time to make sure that it was properly taken care of, so I wouldn't have issues down the road. The mechanic (sorry, don't remember his name), found an issue with my bounded wiring, which was loose and hitting my fan belt, which could've resulted in thousands of dollars had it worn the tape down to the point where the wiring was exposed. He took care of this issue with no extra charge, just wanting to make me aware to keep an eye on it!! Nowadays it's soo common to find people who do shoddy work, charge too much to people whom they think they can get away it, & have no customer service skills. It's very refreshing to go to a place & feel the people are genuinely concerned, and not just trying to take your money!! THANK YOU TO THE STAFF @ SARGENTS' I WILL BE BACK FOR ALL MY AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS!

Excellent service. Customer friendly. Passing through St Augustine and needed emergency repair. Greatly appreciate care and attention to my car with quick turnaround that put me back on the road headed back to South Carolina.

Wow! What a blessing to find Sargent's Auto Repair. Laurie has to be the best service writer in the world! My 1999 Astro van has new life due to their expert mechanics and superior quality care. Harold is one of the nicest transport guys I have ever ridden with. This business has my business from now on!!!

This took a while but back in 2017 on a trip down from NJ with a Ford Excursion V10 167,000 miles the thing started running rough and the check engine light came on and the OD light was flashing on the gear shift lever. I do most of the work on my Ford trucks. I am thinking I have transmission problems along with engine issues. I asked the guy who maintains the condo I stay at if there was a reputable car repiar shop because I dont trust the dealerships. He recommended Sargeant and they made the repairs honestly and just what I needed.
